Kaneko Valve
A two-way solenoid valve is an on-off valve with one inlet and one outlet for use in piping. Therefore, these valves are used for direct control of the flow of liquids such as water, oils and chemicals, and of gases such as air, so pressures of working fluids are low, in principle, and most of Kaneko products are intended for use at liquid pressures of 1.5 MPa or less or at gas pressures of 0.99 MPa or less. In the past, however, Kaneko has designed and manufactured some solenoid valves that can switch on or off pressures exceeding 10 MPa, depending on the kind of fluid and valve size. |

* 1. Cannot be used at some pressures, depending on the body material, connection method, valve size and some other conditions. |
* 2. Cannot be used at some temperatures, depending on the internal construction. |
Compact, but high flow rates are obtainable. Freely mountable in any position. |
[PRECAUTIONS ON HANDLING] |
Be sure to provide a minimum operating pressure differential of 0.05 MPa or more at any time because the valve is pilot-actuated. |
Can be used even with a pressure differential of zero as main and pilot valves are directly connected to each other. Pressure losses are small as nominal size is equal to seat size. Products certified for high-pressure gas services are also available. |
